Prognostic significance of the immunohistochemical status of the endometrium as markers of therapy for endometrial hyperplasia

BACKGROUND: in patients of the reproductive period with endometrial hyperplasia without atypia (EH), issue choosing hormonal treatment and prognosis response to it remains relevant.
 AIM:to increase effectiveness therapy for EH age abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB), taking into account data on receptivity proliferative activity endometrium.
 METHODS:179 AUB were examined. After removal tissue, was performed 6 months: 101 - dydrogesterone 20 mg/day, 78 norethisterone acetate 10 mg/day. Expression ER, PR, Ki67 tissue determined by immunohistochemistry (IHC) at baseline 3 months after end treatment. The comparison group consisted 18 women gynecological pathology.
 RESULTS:Before treatment, expression PR both compartments, glands is lower (p0.05) HE compared control group. Remission achieved 77 (76.24%) (dydrogesterone) 62 (79.49%) (norethisterone acetate). Initially, ER stroma GE than group; resistant responders those who have remission. responded group, stromal patients. compartments A logistic regression equation obtained a set predictors: (glands) + (glands stroma) Ki-67 (stroma) potential 93%.
 CONCLUSION: promising use specified predictive model. will be observed 93% cases.
